The aim of our site is to create awareness of the Portia Shabangu story and create inspiration in others to follow in the revolutionary footsteps of her living daughter, Marcia.

To respond to the needs of survivors of apartheid armed forces through the mobilization of resources, and create awareness about the need to help reconstruct the shattered lives of the families of liberation fighters.

To be a foundation that contributes to the reconciliation of South Africans and to the development of quality leadership for the benefit of Mpumalanga and South Africa as a whole.
